I started Lyfestyle at just 20 years old with one vision: To help people feel strong, confident, and beautiful from the inside out. Coming from a background in personal training and bodybuilding, I saw firsthand how powerful real food and movement could be in transforming not just the body, but the mind and spirit.

As a proud Latina, it was important to me to build something bigger than myself, something that represented culture, community, and possibility. Lyfestyle is proof that women, especially young Latina women, can build something from the ground up, lead with heart, and create real impact.
