All items are available for store pickup and our Sea Moss products are our only products that are available for shipping.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days, Monday–Friday.
Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We currently ship within the United States only through USPS. 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $45.

Shipping time begins once your order has been processed.

2-5 business days

Media Mail

Priority Mail

Priority Mail Express 1-2 business days

Please note shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays or weather conditions.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delivery Issues

If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please contact the USPS directly here. If you still need assistance, email us. We’re happy to help look into it.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you with next steps.
