Because we sell perishable food and wellness drinks, all sales are final.
We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been prepared, shipped, or picked up.

If there is an issue with your order, please email us within 24 hours of receiving it so we can help make it right.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be modified or canceled within 15–30 minutes of purchase (before preparation begins).
After production has started, we cannot make changes or issue cancellations.

Pick-Up Orders

You will receive an email or text notification when your order is ready for pick-up.
Please pick up your order within the designated time window to ensure freshness.
Orders not picked up on the scheduled day are not refundable.

Delivery Orders 

Delivery windows vary based on location. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order.
We are not responsible for spoilage due to missed delivery attempts or delayed pick-ups.

Shipping 

Certain products may be available for shipping. Items are packed with care to maintain quality; however, once shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays.
If your package arrives damaged or with leaked/spilled products, contact us within 24 hours with photos so we can review.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it.
If you receive the wrong item, a damaged item, or something is missing, contact us immediately at (714) 719-8130 with your order number and photos so we can evaluate the issue and offer a solution.
